PRACTICE
Artistic inquiry, shared experience.
Our arts-based wellbeing practice connects movement, sound, participation and digital media. These are ways of exploring attention and relationship, shaped by the people and context of each encounter.
01 / ARTS-BASED WELLBEING
Sensing together.
We work with organisations, public culture and communities through artistic and sensory experience. A session may move between breath, listening, movement, stillness and reflection.
Rather than prescribe a single response, we make space for participants to notice their own experience. The setting, available time and audience inform the structure.

02 / KOREAN SOUND
Listening as an embodied experience.
Live resonant sound, breath and stillness create a setting for attentive listening. Korean cultural context informs how sound, movement and the pauses between them are brought together.
For MICE, group visits and hospitality programme formats, our specialist English page provides practical information.

03 / THE LIVING BODY
Movement from the inside.
Korean Movement & Yangsaeng Practice explores breath, weight, grounding, walking and rhythm. Participants notice sensation, try gentle movements and reflect on their experience.
Explore THE LIVING BODY04 / DIGITAL / IMMERSIVE
From bodily experience to digital environments.
GOYO Meditation Planet brings artistic inquiry into movement and sound to XR. Digital Forest Meditation Odyssey combines projection, live sound and guided participation.
Guided audio and sound extend these approaches into experiences that can be replayed. We consider how pacing, voice, image and listening shape attention across different media.
Digital content can form part of a physical setting, but the content and the design of that setting remain distinct areas of work.
